  • Publication number: 20240139049
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods are described for mounting medical equipment on IV poles, bed rails and other supporting structures in medical facilities including operating rooms and critical care sections. A system including a mounting hanger and corresponding equipment housing is disclosed that allows quick mounting and dismounting of equipment from a supporting structure. The novel structural design of mounting hanger including a symmetrical t-slot feature and a plunger lock allows a piece of equipment to be mounted on a supporting structure in multiple orientations as per the requirement which allows a user to optimize the placement of equipment in the medical environment.

  • Patent number: 11924244
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method can include identifying detection coverage of a set of adversarial techniques based on telemetry data and a detection instance of an environment. The method can further include determining a subset of detection coverage that has a metric value below a metric value threshold and among the detection coverage for the set of adversarial techniques. The method may further include identifying at least one detection instance associated with the subset of detection coverage. The method can further include presenting, via a graphical user interface, a representation of at least one of the subset of detection coverage or the at least one detection instance associated with the subset of detection coverage. The method can further include updating the subset of detection coverage based on the telemetry data, the detection instance, or the at least one detection instance to improve the metric value.

  • Publication number: 20190019246
Abstract: To facilitate assessment of financial stability and preparedness. In an embodiment, a financial advice system associates a first maximum sub-component value and a first actual value, based on first data related to financial conditions of a first user, with a first sub-component. The financial advice system associates a second maximum sub-component value and a second actual value, based on second data related to the financial conditions of the first user, with a second sub-component. The financial advice system determines a first user score associated with financial stability of the first user based on the first maximum sub-component value and the first actual value associated with the first sub-component and the second maximum sub-component value and the second actual value associated with the second sub-component.

  • Patent number: 9367877
Abstract: A communication device may receive an employee skill certification badge request for: (i) a first employee of an insurance enterprise, and (ii) a first employee skill category of a plurality of potential categories. Information about the received may be stored, and a badge server may gather and store data (e.g., quantitative and/or qualitative data) in an electronic evidence file based the first employee's interactions with customers during normal performance of his or her employment. A first manager of the first employee may be determined, and the badge server may receive from the first manager an indication that the electronic evidence file meets a threshold criteria. Responsive to the received indication, the badge server may associate the first employee with the first employee skill certification badge and transmit data to cause display of an icon associated with the first employee skill certification badge on other remote devices.

  • Publication number: 20090276359
Abstract: Described herein is a multi-product-multi-channel payment platform system and apparatus that extends the capability of current online banking/funds-transfer systems. Different types of financial accounts are modeled in a financial management system to enable types of online, electronic funds transfer transaction that were not previously possible. Among novel elements of the system and apparatus disclosed is the enablement of real-time application of rules to different types of financial accounts and/or products across channels, such as how much money may be deposited or withdrawn in a period of time.

  • Publication number: 20060095435
Abstract: Computer-implemented methods, configurations, computer program products and systems configure and deploy portable application containers (PACs) in a shared server environment. A method involves receiving metadata describing an application and receiving an instruction on what metadata to use in configuring the application where the application is associated with a PAC. The method also involves transforming the metadata into a list of commands in response to receiving the instruction and deploying the list of commands to a group of servers wherein the commands are operative to create the PAC. The PAC is a logical construct of the application configured to be logically separate from and to execute via any server in the group of servers. Each server in the group of servers can be used by multiple PACs to enable improved utilization of server capacity.

  • Publication number: 20050138721
Abstract: A sealing system comprising a seal 13 integral to the lavatory seat 14 that seals to the lavatory bowl 17 and a seal 10 integral to the lavatory lid 11 that seals to the lavatory seat 14 such that when the lavatory seat 14 and the lavatory lid 11 are lowered prior to flushing of the lavatory bowl with water, the emission of an aerosol containing air-borne water droplets into the surrounding atmosphere is prevented or restricted. In one embodiment of the invention the seal 13 form an integral part of the lavatory seat 14 and the seal 10 form an integral part of the lavatory lid 11 by mould-forming, adhesive attachment or attachment by mechanical means. The seal 13 and seal 10 are of a resilient material that deforms under the self-weight of the lavatory seat 14 and the lavatory lid 11 thereby creating a seal against the aerosol containing air-borne water droplets and preventing or restricting the emission of air-borne water droplets into the surrounding atmosphere when the lavatory is flushed with water.
