The methodology may include receiving a first one of a plurality of blocks at the second entity, receiving a second one of said plurality of blocks at the second entity, receiving a last one of the plurality of blocks at the second entity, and assembling the first one of the plurality of blocks and the second one of the plurality of blocks into a single file at the second entity after receiving the last one of the plurality of blocks.
