Abstract: An illuminated safety helmet device typically associated and used during sporting events, such as cycling, in-line skating, skateboarding, skiing, snow boarding and occupations such as fire fighting, construction workers, oil field employees. The illuminated helmet device of the present invention includes LED's to provide bright alternating sources of intense light for better location of the helmet. The LED's may be adjusted to increase brightness or blink time to provide better visibility in current conditions.
