Abstract: A method or a server computer system is configured for orchestrating one or more jobs that are to be executed by one or more agent computer systems. Each job includes one or more tasks. The server computer system is configured to establish a secure and ongoing connection with the one or more agent computer systems over a network. For each task, the server computer system is configured to select at least one of the one or more agent computer systems and send the task to the at least one agent computer system, causing the at least one agent computer system to execute the task. In response to executing the task by the at least one agent computer system, the server computer system is configured to receive an execution status of the task from the at least one agent computer system.
