Abstract: A digital picture frame including a camera integrated with the frame, and a network connection module allowing the frame for direct contact and upload of photos from electronic devices or from a user's social media account or her or his community members' social media accounts. The integrated camera is used to automatically determine an identity of a frame viewer, and a viewer profile automatically determined from the identity of the viewer. The displayed photos are automatically shown and/or changed according to the detected viewers.

Abstract: Systems and methods for extracting desired minerals from a mineral shale zone located below the surface at an existing oil and gas drilling site using a leaching solution. The system and methods include analyzing a mineral shale zone for one or more desired mineral located at a borehole of the oil and gas wellsite, wherein the borehole was produced with horizontal drilling, and wherein the mineral shale zone includes a plurality of fissures caused by fracking. The systems and methods include pumping the leaching solution into the borehole to mobilize one or more desired materials in the mineral shale zone, extracting from the mineral shale zone the one or more desired minerals, pumping the leaching solution and the desired minerals out of the borehole, and separating the one or more desired minerals from the leaching solution.

Abstract: A UV steriliser assembly and associated method for disinfection purposes. The assembly includes a reflector (16) and a UV source, e.g. a lamp (10), configured to emit ultraviolet light at a range of wavelengths. Dependent on the assembly configuration, the reflector (16) is configured to permit or inhibit transmission therethrough of particular UV wavelengths known to assist in the photo-repair of micro-organisms. Transmission of wavelengths known to be destructive to micro-organisms can also be targeted. In this way the effectiveness of the assembly for sterilisation purposes can be optimised.

Abstract: A grocery depot warehouse used to rapidly fulfill online orders while utilizing a minimal amount of warehouse space and optimizing the grocery gathering process. The aisles of the warehouse are narrow such that a one-way traffic flow is utilized in gathering the goods, which maximizes the use of floor space. Additionally, a narrow cart, approximately 24 inches in width, is used to gather the goods comprised of a tubular frame forming two tiers connected by supporting brackes, wherein the frame holds removable totes, and has two caster wheels and two central wheels. The removable totes can be used for delivery of the goods.

A plurality of belt teeth disposed on an outer surface of the belt body, the belt teeth oriented transverse to the longitudinal axis. A belt land disposed between the belt teeth. A driver sprocket attached to an engine crankshaft, the engine having a plurality of cylinders. A driven sprocket. The number of grooves on the driver sprocket being an integer multiple of the number of engine cylinders divided by two. The number of grooves on the driven sprocket being an integer multiple of the number of grooves in the driver sprocket. The number of belt teeth, land length and sprocket groove spacing is dependent on the number of engine firing events per crankshaft revolution thereby reducing the frequency of the belt/pulley meshing to a level within the orders of engine frequencies.

The air compressor package is positionable in an operational position, wherein the air compressor package is positioned on a base, and a transport position, wherein the air compressor package may be more readily transported. Positioning of the air compressor package into the transport position is accomplished by rotating the air compressor about a rotational axis that is generally parallel to the longitudinal axis of the air tank. The air compressor package includes a protective stop configured to contact a support surface when the air compressor package is moved between the operating position and the transport position, thereby preventing slippage of the air compressor package away from the user.

Abstract: A method for distributing a customer-initiated call placed with a contact center to one or more remotely located agents trained to service calls for one or more contact centers comprising the steps of receiving the call at a contact center; deriving an array of caller information; transmitting the array of information to a coordination center servicing one or more contact centers; identifying at least one remotely located agent trained to receive said call; directing the call to the agent; tracking the number of calls received by the agent for said contact center and providing payroll services for the contact center; maintaining records of each customer-initiated call and providing the records to the contact center; establishing simultaneous communication between the coordination center, the agent and the contact center; monitoring the communications in the call and providing access to the contact center; and the contact center rendering assistance to the agent.

Abstract: A method of providing call center remote agents the ability to conduct transactions for a plurality of call center clients while providing integrated voice, data, supervisory monitoring and payroll services to both remote agent and call center client. Customer initiated inbound calls are routed through a voice switch which is dynamically controlled by a network coordinator. The network coordinator monitors a plurality of authorized remote agents signed on through computer terminals trained to process customer calls for one or more call center clients. Rather than hold a customer in a traditional call center queue until another local agent becomes available, the network coordinator selects an available and authorized remote agent to accept the call and directs the voice switch to connect the customer to the remote agent.

Abstract: An overload protection assembly and method for overload protection of a transistor includes a switching transistor connected between a load at a first terminal and a power source at a second terminal. A measuring circuit measures the voltage levels at the first and second terminals. The first terminal is measured before and after the measurement of the second terminal, and averaged to produce its voltage level. The measured voltage levels from the first and second terminals are subtracted from one another and the difference compared to preset limits to determine overload conditions. If overload conditions exist, the measuring circuit turns off the transistor.
