  • Publication number: 20240096785
Abstract: An IC device includes a transistor, a first layer, and a second layer. The first layer is coupled to the transistors and is between the transistor and the second layer in a first direction. The first layer includes a first structure and a second structure. The first structure includes a first metal (e.g., Ru). The second structure includes a second metal (e.g., Cu). The second structure may be wrapped around by a different material that may include a third metal (e.g., Co). The first structure may be shorter than the second structure in the first direction and narrower than the second structure in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The first structure may be closer to the second layer than the second structure in the first direction. The first structure may be a wordline of a memory. The second structure may be a bitline.

  • Publication number: 20240071913
Abstract: An integrated circuit structure includes a first interconnect layer, and a second interconnect layer above the first interconnect layer. The first interconnect layer includes a first interconnect feature and a second interconnect feature. The second interconnect layer includes a third interconnect feature, a fourth interconnect feature, and a fifth interconnection feature. The third interconnect feature extends from an upper surface of the first interconnect feature to an upper surface of the second interconnect layer. In an example, the fourth interconnect feature extends from an upper surface of the second interconnect feature to below the upper surface of the second interconnect layer, and the fifth interconnect feature extends from an upper surface of the fourth interconnect feature to the upper surface of the second interconnect layer. Thus, a double-decked vertical stack of interconnect features is formed using the fourth interconnect feature within the second interconnect layer.

  • Patent number: 11470192
Abstract: A portable electronic device includes first and second parts, each having a front face, a back face, two sides, and two ends. A movable attachment attaches said first and second parts to each other with the front face of the second part against the back face of said first part. It allows a relative sliding movement between said first and second parts to a position in which an exposable portion of the front face of the second part along one of said sides of the second part becomes visible from beneath the corresponding side of the first part. A camera in said second part is located in a center region of said exposable portion between the two ends of the second part, with its viewing direction directed out of said front face of the second part.

  • Patent number: 9292808
Abstract: Particular embodiments generally relate to providing risk management. In one embodiment, a first risk is linked to an account group assertion in a data structure. A second risk is linked to a control objective in the data structure. Access to the first risk is granted through the account group's assertion. Access to the second risk is granted through the control objective. Risk management is then performed using the accessed first risk and second risk.

  • Publication number: 20140100910
Abstract: Systems and methods for defining and executing platform and language independent audit templates are disclosed. Each audit template can include a number of audit task templates. The audit task templates include general instructions for performing an audit task. Each audit task template can be instantiated as an audit task in an associated audit operation that includes organization or process specific information. Each audit task template and audit task can be linked with one or more business rules. Such business rules include translation logic for translating requirements of each audit task into a format expected by specific program, located in a central management system, invoked to operate on the required target business data. The business rules can also include translation data for interpreting the results returned from such programs. The audits operation or business rules can also include deficiency criteria, or alert conditions for initiating audit issues and remediation workflows.
