Abstract: A telescopic mast which is automatically extendable and/or retractable comprising a first tubular section and a second tubular section having a locking member mounted thereto. The first tubular section is slideably disposed within the second tubular section, and the locking member is movable in a radial direction relative to the second tubular section to bear against the first tubular section, so that the first and second tubular sections are held together. A third tubular section has a disengaging block mounted thereto. The second tubular section is slideably disposed within the third tubular section, and the disengaging block is shaped to guide the locking member radially outwards and disengage the locking member from the first tubular section when the mast is collapsed. When the mast is retracted or collapsed the second tubular section slides with respect to the third tubular section so the disengaging block guides the locking member radially outwards.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide graph views and models for representing networks and associated inventory. A management system includes models of service and network inventory, their relationships, and state. To support the processes effectively, the inventory must provide capabilities to change the state of the inventory to reflect changes within the network or planning processes for the intention of the network. The present disclosure includes a technique for providing multiple views of (inventory) data via the relationships in a graph database. The present disclosure further includes a metadata specification that is an approach for defining compatibility between types of entities, separate from the composition representing their constituent parts. Finally, the present disclosure includes behavior modeling that is a mechanism to attach behaviors to entities in the model, and re-use existing behaviors for new entities in the future when added to the model.
