Abstract: A healthcare administration system integrates the entry of an order for a medical service for a patient with the scheduling of an appointment for performing the service. The system incorporates receiving service order information for a medical service for a patient from a user; generating an order for the medical service based upon the service order information; and enabling the user to perform one or more tasks selected from the group consisting of (a) scheduling an appointment with a provider of the medical service, (b) storing the order information in a queued waitlist, and (c) automatically rescheduling the appointment based upon the queued waitlist.

Abstract: A forecast need of at least one data center for a future time is determined based on anticipated-resource-usage values for a plurality of anticipated projects. If an existing inventory of data center components does not satisfy the forecast need, at least one data center component is procured from at least one external supplier. A respective amount of resources of the at least one data center component is allocated to approved ones of the anticipated projects. Each of the approved ones of the anticipated projects is charged for said procuring based on the respective amount of resources allocated thereto.

Abstract: A phase locked-loop circuit includes a non-linear voltage controlled oscillator ideally producing a desired output frequency as a function of time and a memory producing signals which add to the phase locked-loop phase error feedback signal to correct for the VCO non-linearities. A calibration circuit upon activation is responsive to the phase error feedback signal for altering the contents of the memory such as to reduce or eliminate the phase error.
