It comprises a base with first and second tubular end members joined together in parallel, spaced-apart relation by front and rear rails which frictionally join to the end members without the use of screw fasteners. Pivotally supported on the base are first and second seat members that hinge together this seat assembly attaches to the base using only two bolts that pivotally join the seat assembly to the spaced-apart tubular end portions.
