    Abstract: In one aspect, a method and apparatus for displaying to a user at least one test result obtained from a location in a database, receiving an indication from the user to generate at least one work item associated with the at least one test result, and automatically attaching to the work item test information associated with the at least one test result is provided. In another aspect, the test information includes location information corresponding to a location of the at least one test result in the database. In a further aspect, a utility adapted to access test results in the database is provided and wherein the test information includes state information associated with a state of the utility at the time the at least one work item was generated.
