Abstract: A hexagonal housing unit is erected with flat roof and side wall panels of different shapes, formed of selected desired building materials, and manufactured by production procedures. Certain of the panels may be formed of two pieces or sections. There are several sizes of certain panels to accommodate multiple unit installations either initial or by add-on construction. Simple joints, preferably bolted, connect the panels and proper roof drainage is enabled in multiple unit buildings.
