    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for managing event and emergency notification over a network. A message is generated in a first interface according to an emergency data sharing standard, the message having a length, duration, or size determined by each one of a plurality of data formats for transmission. The message is addressed to the second interfaces allocated with predetermined recipients. The message is transmitted to each second interface in the data format supported by each second interface. The transmitted message is received in at least one of the second interfaces, and outputted in the data format supported by the at least one second interface.
