    Abstract: A vehicle seat assembly which includes a frame having side rails with upright webs and upper flanges and a load carrying fabric web mounted on and extending between the side rails wherein mounting clips are clamped to the ends of the web by barb shape clamps and then hooked over the flanges so as to maintain the web in a load carrying condition.
