  • Patent number: 10555752
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mechanical thrombectomy device that includes a catheter assembly with a basket assembly formed of a proximal hub and a distal hub; a flexible tube having a first end attached to the proximal hub and a second end attached to the distal hub; and a plurality of basket wires. The flexible tube may be laser-cut to allow for bending, elongation, and compression. The basket wires each have a first end attached to the proximal hub and a second end attached to the distal hub. The basket wires are disposed around the flexible tube and configured to expand to a preset shape. The basket assembly is attached to a distal end of a rotatable shaft. A drive assembly is configured to rotate the rotatable shaft to rotate the basket assembly. The basket assembly when rotated is configured to macerate a material proximate to the basket assembly.

  • Publication number: 20160331506
Abstract: A filter assembly and methods of using the filter assembly are disclosed. The filter assembly includes a proximal portion including support members and a distal portion including a mesh. The filter assembly may also include additional portions including additional meshes or support members. The proximal portion of the filter has a first major diameter, and the distal portion of the filter has a second major diameter. In a first unconstrained state, the second major diameter of the filter is less than the first major diameter of the filter. According to certain aspects of the disclosure, the filter assembly further includes a filter wire and a tubular member that may be attached to a proximal or distal end of the filter.

  • Patent number: 8195881
Abstract: Data is accessed in a multi-level hierarchical memory system. A request for data is received, including a virtual address for accessing the data. A translation buffer is queried to obtain an absolute address corresponding to the virtual address. Responsive to the translation buffer not containing an absolute address corresponding to the virtual address, the absolute address is obtained from a translation unit. A directory look-up is performed with the absolute address to determine whether a matching absolute address exists in the directory. A fetch request for the requested data is sent to a next level in the multi-level hierarchical memory system. Processing of the fetch request by the next level occurs in parallel with the directory lookup. The requested data is received in the primary cache to make the requested data available to be written to the primary cache.

  • Patent number: 7194604
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and apparatus providing a microprocessor the ability to reuse data cache content fetched during runahead execution. Said data is stored and later retrieved based upon the instruction address of an instruction which is accessing the data cache. The reuse mechanism allows the reduction of address generation interlocking scenarios with the ability to self-correct should the stored values be incorrect due to subtleties in the architected state of memory in multiprocessor systems.
