  • Patent number: 9809350
Abstract: A bracket for securing a plurality of support members for a shipping crate assembly is also disclosed. The bracket forms a corner of the shipping crate assembly. The bracket includes first and second non-identical plates. The first and second non-identical plates are joined along a connection line. The first and second non-identical plates extend perpendicularly from each other. A foot is secured to the first and second non-identical plates, the foot being secured along the connection line.

  • Publication number: 20090071088
Abstract: An enclosure for storing temperature sensitive goods. The enclosure includes a wall that has an interior wall member and an exterior wall member that is spaced apart from the interior wall member to define a gap. The interior wall member partially defines the conditioned space. The enclosure also includes an insulation member that is disposed between the interior wall member and the exterior wall member within the gap. The insulation member has a vacuum insulation panel and foam insulation that is positioned on both sides of the vacuum insulation panel to separate the vacuum insulation panel from the interior wall member and the exterior wall member. The vacuum insulation panel and the foam insulation cooperate to insulate the conditioned space.

  • Patent number: 4842227
Abstract: A strain relief clamp suitable for protecting power cables, fuel lines, wire harnesses, and the like, which includes first and second identical metallic clamp members. Each of the first and second clamp members includes first and second ends and a right angle bend which forms first and second leg portions which respectively extend from the first and second ends to the bend. The first leg portions are corrugated to define curved recesses which cooperatively define elongated apertures when the first leg portions are fixed in assembled relation via aligned openings defined by the first leg portions. The second leg portions include openings adapted to fix the assembled first and second clamp portions to a housing associated with the items to be protected.

  • Patent number: 4802342
Abstract: Transport refrigeration apparatus including a condenser section containing an inverted U-shaped refrigerant condenser coil which defines a central opening which functions as a fan chamber having a vertically oriented air discharge side. A propeller fan is disposed in the central opening of the condenser coil which draws air through the condenser coil and discharges it through the vertically oriented discharge side of the opening. A metallic grille is disposed across the air discharge side of the central opening, with the grille having a plurality of horizontally spaced, vertically oriented louvers which straighten the discharge air flow in vertical planes and reduce short circuiting of the discharge air back into the condenser coil. The louvers are spaced by a dimension selected to enable the metallic grille to perform the function of a protective or safety grille across the fan chamber.
