The light source is coupled to the body and is adapted for coupling to a power source for powering the light source. When powered light from the light source is directed into the body and is directed from the body through the light emitting surface. The support includes a corresponding recess formed in the wall, with the light assembly being mounted in the recess and facing outwardly from the support to thereby direct light outwardly from the support.

Abstract: A lighted post includes a stanchion and a light assembly. The light assembly includes a body, with a light emitting surface, and a light source that is coupled to the body. The light assembly is adapted for coupling to a power source for powering the light source. When powered light from the light source is directed into the body and is directed from the body through the light emitting surface. The light assembly is mounted to the stanchion, with the body being located in a light transmitting opening provided in the stanchion, such that the light emitting surface faces outwardly from the stanchion to thereby direct light outwardly from the stanchion.

Abstract: Methods for calibrating a photocontrol device having at least one flexible mounting leg mounting the photosensor to a circuit board and being electrically coupled to activate a switching device and calibrated photocontrol devices are provided. A photocontrol device is positioned proximate a light source. An aperture is positioned between the photosensor and the light source and an angle between the at least one flexible mounting leg and the circuit board is adjusted to calibrate a sensitivity of the photocontrol device to light from the light source passing through the aperture.

Abstract: This invention provides a system and method for communicating a mover's address information. In one aspect, the method includes receiving a mover's inbound call from a channel partner and obtaining information from the mover through a script of questions that is specifically tailored to the particular channel partner. In addition, services provided by a channel partner can be offered reflecting the mover's particular stage of moving. Furthermore, a mover's change of address information is forwarded to at least one correspondent specified by the mover.
