Abstract: A method and system for uniformly presenting, communicating, and implementing an idea through an organization's structure or portion thereof. The management method and system ensure that an original idea formulated at upper levels of a business or organization is implemented through the business or organization's hierarchal structure without being modified or miscommunicated to others within the levels of the organization's hierarchal structure. The method and system ensure that the original business idea is presented with the same meaning, in the same context, and with the same emphasis across each level of the cascade. A uniform method and system are provided for teaching employees or members of the business or organization to remove practical problems generally observed with conveying an original idea throughout the cascade.
