  • Patent number: 10959637
Abstract: An ECG controller for an ECG device is connectable to a base ECG lead system (e.g., a 12-lead system) whereby the ECG controller implements an ECG waveform morphology based and ECG lead redundancy based detection and classification of any cable interchange (e.g., a limb cable interchange or a precordial cable interchange) between the ECG controller and the base ECG lead system. Alternatively, the ECG controller is further connectable to a sub-base ECG lead system (e.g., a limb only-lead system or a limited precordial-lead system) whereby the ECG controller implements an ECG waveform morphology based detection and classification of any cable interchange (e.g., a limb cable interchange or a precordial cable interchange) between the electrode interface and the sub-base ECG lead system.

  • Publication number: 20190231316
Abstract: An ECG system acquires ECG signals for the production of ECG lead data which is analyzed for ST elevation characteristics. The ST elevation information is further analyzed to identify a coronary artery or region of the myocardium which may be affected by an obstruction or occlusion. The identity of an obstructed coronary artery or affected myocardium is related to a spatial location in an ultrasound image of the heart to target an ultrasound probe at the coronary artery or myocardial region which may be obstructed or affected by an obstruction. Sonoreperfusion is then performed at the coronary artery or myocardial region targeted by the ultrasound probe.

  • Publication number: 20180309275
Abstract: A cable tray accessory section that is manually bendable allowing it to easily bend over or under obstructions, such as ceiling beams and pipes. The bendable cable tray comprises a plurality of cross members combined by first and second longitudinal side members. The cross members are not combined by any other means thereby allowing the first and second longitudinal members to be easily bent in the field by the user to a desired configuration. The bendable cable tray section is adapted to connect at each end to another cable tray or accessory section. In some embodiments the bendable tray section starts with one end at a particular elevation, bends over or under an obstruction, then returns the second end to the original elevation. In other embodiments the bendable tray section starts with one end at a particular elevation then bends along its length (typically upward or downward) so that the second end is positioned at a different elevation.

  • Patent number: 9819163
Abstract: A flexible cable tray adapted to connect to cable tray sections. The flexible cable tray includes a base and flexible side walls, all of which are bendable to be adapted to support and guide cables to and from their intended locations through intersections, over beams and/or under beams, and may also be used as a vertical offset. The side walls may be laid flat to the base to enable easy shipment or bent inwardly to provide further support for the cables.

  • Patent number: 9603532
Abstract: A diagnostic ECG system analyzes lead traces for evidence of ST elevation in the lead signals. The pattern of ST elevation in leads having predetermined vantage points to the electrical activity of the heart and, in some instances, the presence of ST depression in certain other leads, identifies a specific coronary artery or branch as the culprit coronary artery for an acute ischemic event. ECG measurements which are associated with the identity of specific arterial occlusion locations are calculated and used to form a classifier of the probability of occlusion at different locations. The location identified as having the highest probability is indicated to a user as the most likely occlusion location.
