A tool mount block is slidably coupled to the vertical track. The tool mount block includes the other of the channel or the peg. The peg slides along and is guided by the channel. A first linear actuator pushes the sliding base along the horizontal track and a second linear actuator pushes the tool mount block along the vertical track.
