  • Publication number: 20120116868
Abstract: The claimed invention relates to a system and computer implemented method for quantitatively measuring effectiveness of a marketing campaign or marketing strategy execution. The client device accesses the server over a communications network to define targeted customer segments based on the marketing campaign or a specific set of marketing objectives and to define a quantifiable outcome or payoff for each targeted customer segment of the client, thereby linking the performance of client's marketing campaign or objectives to the quantifiable outcome for each targeted customer segment. The server generates behavior paths for each targeted customer segment on a client website for effective measurement of adherence of a website visitor/customer to the behavior paths leading to the quantifiable outcome. The rules engine calculates a path score to determine whether the customer adheres to or diverges from a preferred behavior path established for the customer's targeted customer segment.

  • Publication number: 20070184249
Abstract: An instrument panel is provided having a skin, a substrate material, and a filler material. A portion of the skin contacts the substrate material and the remaining portion of the skin and substrate material create a gap in which the filler material is inserted. The substrate material defines at least one vacuum hole that extends to the substrate material towards the skin so that vacuum pressure can maintain the connection between the skin and the substrate material while the filler material is being placed into the gap. Also, a portion of the skin and the substrate material create a locking mechanism where the filler material applies a force to the skin and substrate material.

  • Publication number: 20060145376
Abstract: A trim panel (10) includes an integrally formed attachment member (14) for mounting an acoustic device (16), such as a loudspeaker, an exciter, a piezoelectric transducer, or the like, directly to the trim panel (10) without the need of a separate mounting member. The acoustic device (16) is attached to the trim panel (10) by use a twist and lock fastening feature (18) in the form of a ramp surface (24) that draws the acoustic device (16) toward the trim panel (10) as the acoustic device (16) is rotated about the attachment member (14). Once the acoustic device (16) is rotated into place, one or more detents (26) are provided on the trim panel (10) and one or more corresponding detent grooves or recesses (32) are provided on the acoustic device (16) to lock the acoustic device (16) securely in place. The integrally formed attachment member (14) enables the inner and outer surfaces (11,12) of the trim panel (10) to be a generally continuous surface.
