  • Patent number: 12185760
Abstract: A component for a vapor provision system includes a boundary wall separating a reservoir for holding a fluid from a chamber for housing a vapor generator, the boundary wall including two or more adjacent rigid bodies sealed to one another; and a tubular aperture in the boundary wall providing a fluid transport path from the reservoir to the vapor generator; wherein the aperture is defined between the adjacent rigid bodies, the rigid bodies enclosing a perimeter of the aperture along at least part of aperture's length.

  • Publication number: 20240161927
Abstract: According to examples there may be provided a method for classifying a capnogram, the method comprising: obtaining a breath waveform from a capnogram determining one or more transition points of the breath waveform, wherein the transition points comprise: a delta transition point between an expiratory baseline and an expiratory upstroke, a gamma transition point between an inspiratory downstroke and an inspiratory baseline, and an alpha transition point between the expiratory upstroke and an expiratory plateau; extracting features of the breath waveform using the transition points; and applying a trained machine learning model to the extracted features, wherein the trained machine learning model is configured to output a classification of the capnogram from the features.

  • Publication number: 20230020470
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a non-combustible aerosol provision system and consumables and aerosol generators for non-combustible aerosol provision systems. In various implementations, the non-combustible aerosol provision system comprises a control device that includes an outer housing defining a receiving chamber, a power source and a control component, an aerosol generator coupled to the control device, and an atomizer-free consumable that includes a substrate for engagement with the aerosol generator. The consumable is configured to be removably coupled with one or both of the control device and the aerosol generator. The aerosol generator defines a vaporization chamber and is configured to heat the substrate to generate an aerosol.

  • Publication number: 20100308701
Abstract: A memorabilia display case is adapted to store and display the two and/or three dimensional articles. The display case includes a front frame member and a back frame member. The front frame member is vertically and horizontally adjustable through a hinge mechanism for securely accommodating a glass panel in a first recessed portion defined on the front frame member. The back frame member includes a mounting panel that is permanently screwed into the back frame member. The mounting panel is adapted to mount three dimensional articles. The back frame member defines a groove portion that includes a pair of spring leafs that can be fitted and locked into a second recessed portion defined on the front frame member to define a locking arrangement for the display case. The back frame member includes a hanging mechanism adapted to facilitate mounting means for the case.

  • Publication number: 20060109631
Abstract: Method and apparatus for interconnecting cards carrying heat generating ICs. A heat sink having a plurality of heat tubes is placed between two cards. The ICs are mounted “face down” so that the heat sink engages surfaces of the ICs opposite the surfaces having electrical and heat conductive terminals wherein an interstitial layer of a non-conducting, preferably gel-like material is placed between the heat sink and the surfaces of the ICs to alleviate mechanical stresses and enhance heat transfer. The thickness of the cards made of multiple conductive layers, separated by dielectric layers are controlled to provide cards of the same thickness. The heat sink provides proper spacing between and parallelism of facing surfaces of the cards to assure reliable connection and signal integrity between high speed connectors arranged on facing surfaces of the cards to electrically connect components from one board to the other.
