  • Patent number: 5644178
Abstract: An apparatus for pumps, especially circulation pumps, has a stator including a winding cast in a housing by hardenable sealing compound or filler to form a composite body. On its B-side opposite the meter pump, the housing has an unblocking device, as well as connection-forming elements in a connection chamber. The connection chamber is closed by a cover, and receives the connecting lines of the stator winding. The connection chamber is connected to the B-side panel of the housing. The connecting lines of the stator winding are guided in an axial direction out of the composite body and into the connection chamber 20.

  • Patent number: 4094624
Abstract: Casting apparatus including a rotatable turntable, a centrally mounted supply tank with a central filler opening and a plurality of radially extending supply chambers connected to the filler opening. A number of split casting molds, one for each supply chamber, are disposed radially outwardly of the supply chambers, each mold having an independently operable lifting mechanism for opening the mold. Each supply chamber has an outlet nozzle above the full level of the chamber. The volume of each supply chamber is equal to the volume of its associated mold. The filler opening has an indicator to permit observation of the level to which the supply chambers have been filled.

  • Patent number: 3979822
Abstract: A method of making a motor includes placing radially deformable support cuffs around the protruding winding portion of the stator windings, inserting a core therethrough, placing the assembly in a hollow mould and closing the mould to press the cuffs radially inwardly against the windings, filling the remaining voids in the mould with curable casting material, and curing the material. The resulting unit is removed and the rotor and bearings are inserted. Embodiments of support cuffs are disclosed.
