  • Patent number: 9119799
Abstract: Transdermal compositions are provided. Aspects of the transdermal compositions include: an active agent layer and a conversion layer, where the conversion layer includes a weak base and, optionally, a carboxylated component. Also provided are methods of using the transdermal compositions and kits containing the transdermal compositions.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 22, 2012
Date of Patent: September 1, 2015
    Assignee: Teikoku Pharma USA, Inc.
    Inventors: Richard Hamlin, Jianye Wen
  • Patent number: 9017723
Abstract: Propynylaminoindan (e.g., Rasagiline) transdermal compositions are provided. Aspects of the transdermal compositions include a matrix of the propynylaminoindan in a pressure sensitive adhesive comprising a carboxylated polymer. In some instances, the matrix further includes a cationic acrylic copolymer. Also provided are methods of using the transdermal compositions and kits containing the transdermal compositions.

  • Publication number: 20130290044
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing a space rental marketplace are provided. In some embodiments, space providers list spaces available for rent with a space management system. Each space may be associated with one or more activities to be performed during the rental. Each type of activity may include pre-activity, during-activity, and/or post-activity services that may be scheduled through the space management system at the time of scheduling the rental. Space providers may add new types of activities to the space management system to be associated with their rental space. Recurring rentals may be scheduled. In some embodiments, the space management system automatically ensures that complex scheduling requirements, such as predetermined amounts of certain types of renters, may be fulfilled.
    Type: Application
    Filed: June 21, 2013
    Publication date: October 31, 2013
    Applicant: PLACEFULL, INC.

  • Publication number: 20050048104
Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of transdermal drug delivery. More specifically, the present invention relates to drug reservoir materials for use in transdermal drug delivery devices. The drug reservoirs of the present invention comprise a polyurethane polymer which can be processed at temperatures below those which cause degradation of temperature sensitive drugs and/or excipients. The present invention is also directed to tailoring the release characteristics of the polyurethane material to accommodate a range of suitable drugs to be delivered from the transdermal drug delivery device and/or provide a range of delivery rates for a particular drug.
