Publication number: 20210042780Abstract: The present technology provides a technological infrastructure that overcomes common problems associated with cash back rewards cards. The present invention integrates a credit card account with cash account through an electronic wallet application such that cash can be transferred directly into a user's cash account after each transaction which cash back is earned. In some embodiments, the user's cash account and a cash account associated with a business associated with a credit card can be provided by the same financial institution. The above infrastructure further allows for more efficient payment of a credit card balance, wherein when cash is transferred from the user's cash account to the business' cash account in association with a credit card balance, an immediate release of open to buy funds is affected.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 31, 2020Publication date: February 11, 2021Inventors: Akila Suresh, Corey G. Fugman, David T. Haggerty, Eduardo H. Cue, Jarad M. Fisher, Ashish Nagre, Richard Heard

Patent number: 4716679Abstract: A base layer of straw is deposited on an impervious surface and grass seed, either dry or in a slurry, is deposited on such base layer. In one embodiment, comminuted straw particles are included in a slurry of grass seed and water to form a top layer on the base layer. The base layer of straw may comprise loose or pelletized straw and apparatus forming a part of the invention may be employed which has elements for laying an impervious plastic sheeting and for dispensing pelletized straw on the plastic sheeting and for dispensing grass seed on the straw, all in one pass of the apparatus.Type: GrantFiled: August 4, 1987Date of Patent: January 5, 1988Inventor: Richard A. Patent number: 4362413Abstract: A retrievable connector assembly is disclosed for securing two parts together. The assembly includes a guide frame to support the first of two parts and a pair of rotatable shafts with threaded ends to carry male coupling members with pins which extend from each coupling member. The assembly also includes a mounting hub attached to the second part. The mounting hub includes female coupling members having slots to receive the pins of the male coupling members. Rotation of the shafts moves the pins into lateral legs of the slots locking the two parts together. Further rotation of the shafts causes the male coupling members to move upward along the shafts forcing the first and second parts together. The two parts can be separated for retrieval by rotating the shafts in the reverse direction thereby separating the male and female coupling members.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 1979Date of Patent: December 7, 1982Assignee: Exxon Production Research Co.Inventors: Richard A.
