Patent number: 11560256Abstract: A pallet assembly includes a support assembly and a base assembly. The support assembly has a deck molded from a plastic shell material and male fittings that extend away from a lower surface of said deck. The base assembly includes a stringer that defines a plurality of openings which extend through the entirety of the stringer. A female fitting extends completely through each of the openings in the stringer so that the base of each of the female fittings is flush with or extends beyond the bottom surface of said stringer. Each of the male fittings corresponds to a female fitting, attaching said support assembly to said base assembly.Type: GrantFiled: June 24, 2021Date of Patent: January 24, 2023Assignee: Paxxal Inc.Inventors: Omar Shawaf, Ezzeldin Elmassry, Moustapha Bahsoun, Michael Laible, Ben Stoller, John Charny, Ellwood Phillip Hunt, III, Thomas Richard Hopson, III

Patent number: 11440701Abstract: A block assembly for connecting a first section and a second section of a load bearing assembly includes a male fitting and a female fitting. The male fitting includes a male fitting body and a projection extending from the male fitting body. The female fitting includes a female fitting body and defines a fitting cavity extending within an interior of the female fitting body. The male fitting couples with the female fitting by inserting the male fitting body within the fitting cavity and moving the male fitting body toward a base of the female fitting. The projection on the male fitting interacts with an interlocking joint on the female fitting to resist detachment of the male fitting with respect to the female fitting.Type: GrantFiled: December 18, 2019Date of Patent: September 13, 2022Assignee: Paxxal Inc.Inventors: Omar Shawaf, Ezzeldin Elmassry, Ben Stoller, Ellwood Phillip Hunt, III, Thomas Richard Hopson, III

Publication number: 20200223107Abstract: A rotational mold system includes at least two molds. A mold cavity is defined in each of the molds and designed to receive molding material that is injected into the mold cavity. Each of the molds is heated using one or more electric heaters that are directly attached to the mold or attached to a separate platen that is in contact with the mold. The heat transferred to the molds melts the molding material within the mold cavities, allowing the molding material to coat the inside walls of the molds as the molds are rotated.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 18, 2019Publication date: July 16, 2020Applicant: Paxxal Inc.Inventors: Omar Shawaf, Ezzeldin Elmassry, Ben Stoller, John Charny, Ellwood Phillip Hunt, III, Thomas Richard Hopson, III

Publication number: 20060124758Abstract: A thermostatic mixing valve for hot and cold water has a valve member for controlling the relative proportions of hot and cold water admitted to a mixing chamber according to user selection of a desired water temperature and a thermostat responsive to the mixed water temperature to adjust the position of the valve member to maintain constant the selected water temperature. The valve member is biased by a return spring in the form of a wave spring having a plurality of turns with transverse waves configured such that adjacent turns sit peak to peak. The wave spring is strong in compression and weak in torsion allowing the ends of the spring to move laterally to accommodate any misalignment in the components of the valve.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 15, 2005Publication date: June 15, 2006Inventors: Nigel Sansum, Richard Hopson
