Publication number: 20250151198Abstract: Techniques to move high current power distribution layers for integrated circuit core power and serializer-deserializer (SERDES) power into a center area of the integrated circuit footprint. This provides a more reliable and higher current distribution into the center of a large integrated circuit footprint, without causing disruption of high speed signal routing or increased signal integrity burden to the high speed signals. Arrangements and methods for routing out the core power area of a main printed circuit board under an integrated circuit and replacing it with a custom power printed circuit board (power plug) that is attached by a metalized paste sintering process. This provides a more reliable and higher current distribution into the center of a large integrated circuit or other high-power component, without causing disruption of high speed signal routing.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 7, 2024Publication date: May 8, 2025Inventors: Joel Richard Goergen, Elizabeth Kochuparambil, Scott Hinaga, Kameron Rose Hurst, Mike Sapozhnikov, Shobhana Punjabi, David Nozadze, Marco Croci

Publication number: 20160015457Abstract: The invention is a new horizontal syringe storage system for larger syringes which provides a high degree of product safety, storage and accessibility. The horizontal syringe storage system defines offset scallops to provide for tray nesting when stacked in a similar direction and for tray stacking when an upper tray is rotated 180° relative to a lower tray. In use, the upper trays do not touch product in a lower tray. For one embodiment, the syringe storage system comprises raised nubs for vertical alignment between stacked trays. Such raised nubs of a lower tray operably cooperative with the scallop pockets of an overhead tray. This simple feature aligns trays on two axes and limits tray slippage, essentially offering unlimited syringe tray stacking.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 18, 2014Publication date: January 21, 2016Inventor: Richard Hurst

Publication number: 20150163652Abstract: A monitor for gases and a mine includes a housing. The monitor includes a battery disposed in the housing. The monitor includes a gas sensor portion powered by the battery and in electrical communication with the battery which detects a first gas and at least a second gas different from the first gas in the mine. The monitor includes an alarm portion disposed in the housing, powered by the battery and in electrical communication with the battery which emits a visual alert and an audible alert when the gas sensor portion senses that either the first or second gas is above a predetermined threshold. The monitor includes a wireless communication portion disposed in the housing, powered by the battery and in electrical communication with the battery and the sensor portion, which sends a wireless signal from the housing that the gas sensor portion has sensed of either the first or second gas.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 6, 2014Publication date: June 11, 2015Applicant: STRATA PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE, LLCInventors: Tom Michaud, Michael Berube, Brian Dunkin, David W.
