  • Patent number: 6341983
Abstract: A high density seal connector for use in an automotive vehicle. The connector includes a strain relief member when the strain relief member has an outer frame which in part defines the connector. The strain relief member further includes a protective inner cover which is attached to an inside surface of the frame. The inner cover also includes an inside surface and an outside surface which has a plurality of orifices therethrough. The connector also includes a resilient seal member which is molded directly to the inside surface of the inner cover. • Patent number: 5690913
Abstract: An extrudable composite multilayer dentifrice composition for cleaning teeth containing reactive bicarbonate and peroxide ingredients which do not interact during storage or when extruded together from a container onto a toothbrush but react in the oral cavity when mixed during tooth brushing, the composition comprising two separate dentifrice components, one component containing a peroxide ingredient and the other component containing a colorant reactive with the peroxide ingredient, the components having substantially equivalent viscosity which are maintained in stable discrete layered phases in interfacial contact with each other prior to extrusion without interaction of the peroxide and the colorant and which are extrudable together in interfacial contact without interaction of the ingredients.

  • Patent number: 4867308
Abstract: A composite tape for the storage and delivery of very small electronic components makes use of a carrier strip with pockets for containment of individual components and a cover strip. The cover strip extends over all the pockets to hold the components in the pockets until needed. Sprocket holes extend along the side of the carrier strip and are used for reeling up long composite tapes when loaded and for unreeling when components are to be removed. At the time of removal two take-up reels are used. One of the take-up reels pulls the cover strip away from the carrier strip to uncover the pockets. The other take-up reel progressively rolls up the carrier strip after the components have been lifted from the pockets. Various expedients are used for releasably securing the cover strip to the carrier strip.

  • Patent number: 4058131
Abstract: A method and composition for improving hair body and manageability while not effecting a change in color, such method comprising applying to the hair an effective amount of an aqueous solution of from about 0.1% to about 10% by weight of an aromatic peracid oxidizing agent, particularly m-chloroperbenzoic acid and diperisophthalic acid, the aromatic peracid oxidizing agents providing maximum reaction with the fiber surface producing increased hair body and manageability with minimum diffusion into the interior of the hair so as to avoid effecting a change in color.
