  • Publication number: 20210130101
Abstract: A conveyor assembly includes a conveyor module including first and second roller bodies and a conveyor belt; a chassis; and a tensioning system. The tensioning system is operable to adjust the tension of the conveyor belt and includes a tensioning device selectively shiftably mounted to the chassis such that shifting of the tensioning system in the fore-aft direction along the chassis results in corresponding fore-aft shifting of the first roller body relative to the second roller body, thereby facilitating adjustment of the tension of the conveyor belt. The chassis includes a pair of side rails and a slider bed. A stiffening assembly includes a bracket spaced vertically below the slider bed such that a vertical gap is formed between the slider bed and the bracket. The stiffening assembly further includes an insert disposed on the bracket and extending upward across at least a portion of the gap.

  • Publication number: 20140072464
Abstract: An electric pump comprises a stator, a rotor, and an endshield. The interface plate is fixed to the stator and is configured to couple the electric motor to a pump. The pump volute is formed as an integral portion of the endshield, thereby minimizing the axial length of the electric pump. A drainage passageway is provided on the endshield to harmlessly drain away any fluid that seeps past the pump's seals. In one embodiment of the invention, the drainage passageway is a groove that faces the stator and is configured to facilitate the evaporation of and leak fluid by channeling the fluid near the stator, which warms the fluid and thereby increases the fluid's evaporation rate.

  • Patent number: 8585378
Abstract: An electric pump has a stator, a rotor, a pump volute, and an endshield. The pump volute and the endshield are formed together as a single monolithic part, thereby minimizing the axial length of the electric pump.

  • Patent number: 7485059
Abstract: A pulley is provided with first and second disks each having an outer surface and an inner surface, and a center hole with a center axis. Each disk has a hub formed at its center hole that extends outwardly from the disk outer surface. The inner side of each disk has a drive surface and a connection surface extending around its respective center hole. The connection surface is perpendicular to the center axis and the drive surface is angled relative to the connection surface to form the outer surface of each disk with a generally concave shape. The connection surfaces of the first and second disks are abutted and secured together using a fastening mechanism. The disks are arranged where the drive surfaces form an annular groove around the hubs and the hubs of each disk are aligned concentrically with the groove.

  • Patent number: 6707202
Abstract: With a motor having a motor housing and a motor shaft, a sleeve of predetermined length is mounted on the motor shaft with a proximal end of the sleeve engaging against a bearing that is mounted in the motor housing and supports the shaft for rotation. The bearing and the sleeve function to simplify the construction of the motor by eliminating a retainer ring and its associated annular groove from the shaft that were previously necessary to hold the shaft and bearing in relative positions, and by eliminating an additional retainer ring and its associated annular groove from the shaft that were used as a locator to positively locate a machined surface on the motor housing relative to the shaft and to positively locate a rotating component on the end of the shaft.
