    Abstract: Apparatus for exercising and developing lower extremity muscles including a concave track in a form of a circular segment having a predetermined radius and a platform movable along the track. The track is so configured as to allow the primary axis of a user's body to remain essentially normal to the portion of the track in registry with the platform during use so that reactive forces from the track will be directed substantially along the primary axis to promote stability.
