    Abstract: In one embodiment of the present invention, a portable, pocket ashtray comprising a fold-able, substantially non-flammable material. The pocket ashtray has an inner bottom and a continuous sidewall attached thereto. At least a portion of the continuous sidewall is folded inward and downward towards the inner bottom of the ashtray whereby the ashtray is formed more compact than its unfolded form so that the ashtray may be transported in a user’s pocket and then removed and unfolded for use thereof.
