The method includes determining the first operator for co-assignment according to a second mapping based on successful historical resolutions of historical incidents by the first operator. The method includes determining the second operator for the co-assignment according to the second mapping that further maps the command group and the second operator based on a lack of experience in using the command group. The method includes co-assigning the incident to the first operator and the second operator.

Abstract: Aspects of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for predicting cost reduction of event correlation in fault event management. The method includes one or more processors receiving a plurality of candidate correlation groups of events in a set of fault events. The method further includes, for each candidate correlation group of events, one or more processors predicting a resource cost reduction in resolving the respective correlation group of events compared to resolving all events in the respective correlation group individually. The method further includes one or more processors analyzing the predicted resource cost reductions for the plurality of candidate correlation groups of events. At least a section of the perimeter band proximate to the tab section can be configured as a peel-apart seal such that the interior compartment containing the product is accessible by at least partially peeling apart the multilayer films. Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for promoting hand sanitization which may be mounted above or near a door handle. Hand sanitization devices include a sanitizer agent cartridge disposed inside a housing body and fluidically coupled to an actuating pump. The pump is configured to dispense the sanitizer when an actuation mechanism is pushed or pulled. The cartridge is also coupled to a pump sheath disposed below the pump so as to protect the internal components of the devices from unintentional splashing by the sanitizer agent. The hand sanitization devices may also record when the door is opened, when the sanitizer is dispensed, if the cartridge is empty, and when a user is approaching the door. The hand sanitization devices also have a user interface system configured to encourage the approaching user to sanitize their hands.
