  • Publication number: 20170057725
Abstract: A container can have a body with an integrally formed base attached to the body. The base includes a concave annular wall extending from the container sidewall to a standing surface, and an inner wall extending from the standing surface to a substantially flat inner annular wall. The inner annular wall is recessed in the base and is substantially perpendicular to the container sidewall. The inner annular wall includes a centrally located dimple. The dimple includes a plurality of spaced apart and radially extending indented ribs. One or more of the ribs extend radially into a brace that tapers to meet the inner annular wall.

  • Patent number: 9016794
Abstract: A modular chair includes a lower support portion, a seat portion, and a back portion. The seat portion includes a front area having a retaining member which cooperates with a corresponding cross bar on the lower support portion, and a rear area including one or more slots therein. The back portion includes one or more protrusions, which are received in the slots of the seat portion, so that the seat portion is secured between the cross bar of the lower support portion via the retaining member and the protrusions of the back portion. The back portion is secured to the lower support portion via a latch mechanism accessible to a user.

  • Publication number: 20100006535
Abstract: A plastic container includes a sidewall having an outer surface and an inner surface that defines an interior space. The sidewall is shaped so as to define a container neck, a main body portion and a dome that may be substantially rectangular in transverse cross-section. The dome has a lower and that is integral with the main body portion and a shoulder at an upper end that is integral with the container neck. The dome preferably includes at least one longitudinally extending buttress column defined in the sidewall that when viewed in transverse cross-section protrudes laterally outwardly from adjacent portions of the sidewall in order to enhance the strength of the container. The longitudinally extending buttress column may extend along an entire length of the dome from the main body portion to the container neck in order to further enhance the strength of the container.
