  • Publication number: 20250143626
Abstract: A nerve integrity monitoring device includes a control module and a physical layer module. The control module is configured to generate a payload request. The payload request (i) requests a data payload from a sensor in a wireless nerve integrity monitoring network, and (ii) indicates whether a stimulation probe device is to generate a stimulation pulse. The physical layer module is configured to (i) wirelessly transmit the payload request to the sensor and the stimulation probe device, or (ii) transmit the payload request to a console interface module. The physical layer module is also configured to, in response to the payload request, (i) receive the data payload from the sensor, and (ii) receive stimulation pulse information from the stimulation probe device. The data payload includes data corresponding to an evoked response of a patient. The evoked response is generated based on the stimulation pulse.

  • Patent number: 12290609
Abstract: Antimicrobial system including a luminaire configured to emit a disinfection light in an ultraviolet band for disinfecting a vicinity of a target pathogen. A switching device that includes a primary relay pack. The primary relay pack has a communication interface, a measurement circuit, a processor, and disinfection monitoring programming in a memory. Execution of the disinfection monitoring programming by the processor configures the primary relay pack to perform the following functions. Based on a second input from the operator, produce a visual inspection signal. Monitor, via the measurement circuit, a power parameter of the luminaire. Compare the monitored power parameter with an active disinfection threshold, a passive operation threshold, or a combination thereof. In response to the comparison, either determine that the disinfection light source is unexpectedly on, is degraded or disabled, or the luminaire is inoperable; or control power to the luminaire to emit the disinfection light.

  • Publication number: 20250137781
Abstract: A system uses range and Doppler velocity measurements from a lidar system and images from a video system to estimate a six degree-of-freedom trajectory of a target. The system estimates this trajectory in two stages: a first stage in which the range and Doppler measurements from the lidar system along with various feature measurements obtained from the images from the video system are used to estimate first stage motion aspects of the target (i.e., the trajectory of the target); and a second stage in which the images from the video system and the first stage motion aspects of the target are used to estimate second stage motion aspects of the target. Once the second stage motion aspects of the target are estimated, a three-dimensional image of the target may be generated.

  • Patent number: 12289569
Abstract: A time-division multiplexed (TDM) communication system has a dynamic bandwidth allocation (DBA) controller that is configured to reduce demand overestimation so that more optimal bandwidth allocation is achieved. Upon receiving load information from a transceiver, the DBA controller is configured to estimate an amount of change to the transceiver's reported load based on previous allocations of bandwidth to the transceiver for frames that occur during a reporting delay (e.g., the delay from the time that the load information is transmitted until it is received and processed). That is, the estimated load is reduced in an effort to account for transmissions made by the transceiver during the reporting delay, thereby preventing or reducing the amount of demand overestimation that would otherwise occur. Thus, the transceiver may be allocated less bandwidth according to a desired DBA algorithm so that more network bandwidth is available for other transceivers.

  • Publication number: 20250124183
Abstract: An apparatus and method for predicting hot form die sliding are disclosed. The apparatus generates a 3D model of a hot form die, including a model upper die and a model lower die, which is fixed, relative to the model upper die. A hot forming process model is generated, and a baseline simulation is performed to determine a sliding direction of the model upper die within a sliding plane as it is pressed towards the model lower die along a z-axis. A spring coefficient is calculated at a spring reference point on the model upper die, that allows the model upper die to slide a specified distance in the sliding direction. If it is determined that some sliding is to be prevented, the apparatus generates model guides within the 3d model.
