  • Patent number: 7965120
Abstract: Techniques and corresponding circuits for achieving programmable delay of a current mode logic delay buffer are provided. The techniques provide for incremental delay with substantially equal increments. Delay may be achieved through the use of a circuit arrangement that allows biasing current to be controlled effect the response time of the circuit by digital control.

  • Patent number: 7423445
Abstract: Trim codes are determined for semiconductor devices under test (DUTs), wherein the trim codes correspond to voltage or current reference value adjustments that cause the DUTs to generate desired voltage or current reference values. The technique involves supplying respective trim codes simultaneously to the DUTs to cause them to generate trimmed analog voltage or current references, simultaneously feeding a test analog voltage or current reference having a preselected reference value to the DUTs, and for each DUT, comparing the value of the test analog reference to the values of the trimmed analog references to ascertain the crossing of the value of the test analog reference by the values of the trimmed references, whereby for each DUT the trim code corresponding to the value of the trimmed analog voltage or current reference immediately above or below the crossing is established as the preferred trim code to be used for that DUT.

  • Patent number: 4923597
Abstract: A portable screen with a raising and levelling system for raising a frame of the system containing a vibrating screen away from ground on which the system is positioned and for levelling the frame and vibrating screen for improved operation. A wheel assembly rigidly fixed relative to the frame extends from the frame at a first end wall where a first raising and levelling assembly is provided. At an opposite end wall of the frame, a second raising and levelling system is provided. First and second shedding roofs are respectively positioned over the wheel assembly and first and second hydraulic raising and levelling assemblies. With the portable screen having a raising and levelling system as disclosed, the system may be operated on sloping ground and/or ground having undulations and other protrubances.

  • Patent number: 4522267
Abstract: An integrated shredder/plow combination for reducing trash to facilitate its being mixed with the soil by the action of the trailing plow portion of the combination is disclosed. The shredder portion includes a unique arched structure positioned above a housing enclosing the shredder's cutting blades which permits the plow's drag to be transmitted directly to the tractor hitch so as to bypass the shredder assembly. The shredder assembly is thus not subjected to the large longitudinal forces associated with plowing operations as well as the high side loading encountered during turns and as a result of ground countour. This prolongs shredder operating lifetime and increases its reliability. By positioning the plow assembly immediately aft of the shredder mechanism, the cut-up vegetation, or trash, is more effectively turned under as it is in an agitated, suspended condition when it encounters the burying action of the trailing plow assemblies.

  • Patent number: 4467875
Abstract: A hydraulically actuated, triple-hinged tool bar comprised of four independently positioned sections is disclosed. A first outer section is flexibly coupled to one end of a center section of the tool bar while to the other end thereof is flexibly coupled an intermediate section, the length of which is less than that of the first outer section. A second outer section is flexibly coupled to the outer end of the intermediate section providing a lower profile when all sections of the tool bar are in the retracted, or non-working, position. Positioning control between the center section and the first outer and intermediate sections is provided by respective hydraulically-actuated cylinders while a third hydraulic cylinder coupling the intermediate and second outer section dampens the vertical movement of the latter for increased stability in the working and non-working positions.
