Generally, the gun holster includes a base portion for securing to the user, such as to the user's belt, and a support portion for supporting the gun. The support portion includes a bottom wall portion that extends forwardly from a lower edge of the base portion. Several embodiments are disclosed. In some embodiments, the base portion and support portion are integrally formed of a folded fairly flexible material, such as leather.
