Abstract: A system and method is provided for identification, quantification, and analysis of risks within a supply chain infrastructure. A combination of risk event data, risk interaction definition, and risk assignment hierarchy is used to dynamically model the expected impact of risk to pre-defined performance measures within the system. The dynamic modeling is carried out with the help of the Monte Carlo simulation engine.
