  • Publication number: 20220034386
Abstract: A drive chain tensioner assembly for all-terrain and utility vehicles, wherein the drive chain tensioner provides a tension spring between the axis of rotation and a distal portion of a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting bracket and tension spring are coplanar. The proximal portion of the mounting bracket is rotatably connected about a second pivot point spaced apart from a first pivot point associated with the axis of rotation by way of a tension arm. A bracket head may interconnect the second pivot point and the mounting bracket. The tension spring and second pivot point affords the present invention with functional self-adjustability as a result of the foregoing.

  • Publication number: 20210381445
Abstract: An improvement to snowmobile choke lever lift pull on/off assemblies that use a manual style choke system incorporating a single or plurality cable system. The sockets that engage the cables of the cable system may be provide lateral or upper access ports. The choke lever at the distal end of the assembly may be movable from a first position to a second position by engaging the cable system, wherein an actuating element returns the choke lever to the first position. The present invention affords replacement of existing choke lever assemblies, wherein the choke lever and other components of the present invention may be made from metallic materials that increase the assembly's durability and half-life.

  • Publication number: 20210370737
Abstract: A shock absorber mounting assembly for an off-road vehicle is provided. The shock absorber mounting assembly may provide A-arm brackets dimensioned and adapted to interconnect body and wheel framing of the off-road vehicle, wherein the lower bracket adjustably engages a lower portion of the shock absorber. The present invention also enables any model year shock absorber to be adapted to operatively associate with the steering system of any off-road vehicle of the same make and model, regardless of model year, through a shock absorber adapter bracket assembly that attaches to the original equipment manufacturer A-arms of the off-road vehicle adding the non-model year shock absorbers. The brackets may be of unitary construction.

  • Publication number: 20210331543
Abstract: A shock absorber mounting assembly for an off-road vehicle is provided. The shock absorber mounting assembly provides a shock absorber adapter bracket that selectively interconnects a lower portion of the shock absorber and the original equipment manufacturer A-arm of the off-road vehicle. The present invention thus enables any model year shock absorber to be adapted to operatively associate with the steering system of any off-road vehicle of the same make and model, regardless of model year. The shock absorber adapter bracket may be of unitary construction of resilient material adapted to provide a main portion for selectively and rotatably connecting the original shock fork, wherein two fork portions of the shock absorber adapter bracket operatively associate with the lower portion of the shock absorber.
