Abstract: A method of water treatment and a restructured water product produced thereby. Ozone is added to water. A crystal is then immersed in the ozonated water. A restructured water product is produced through the ozonated water's exposure to, and physical contact with, the crystal. At least one physical property of the restructured water product differs from a corresponding physical property of the untreated water and of the ozonated water. In some embodiments, a quartz crystal is used. In some embodiments, the quartz crystal is held within an immersion chamber and the ozonated water is passed through the chamber at a specific flow rate. The physical properties of the restructured water product remain stable for at least several months.
