The inner organizer includes a first pull handle to unfold and deploy the compartments when bundle straps are unfastened, and a second pull handle to fold the compartments one atop the other when the bundle straps are unfastened. When the bundle straps are fastened, the compartments are held together as a single bundled unit, such that the inner organizer is liftable as the single bundled unit out of the outer container simultaneously using the first pull handle and the second pull handle.
