  • Publication number: 20130064609
Abstract: A system including a chemical rock anchor and a device for injecting a fixative, the rock anchor including an anchor tube enclosing a cavity. The device includes at least one holding chamber containing the fixative, a tube into which the at least one holding chamber is integrated, permits injection of a fixative into a space between an anchor tube and a hole that has been drilled into the rock, while requiring little technical effort and permitting a controlled process. The tube can be inserted into the cavity, and/or the tube and the anchor tube are separate parts, and/or the tube is not attached to the anchor tube, and/or the system does not include any fastening means for the bonding and/or non-positive fastening of the tube to the anchor tube.

  • Publication number: 20120321411
Abstract: In a self-tapping anchor screw for application in mining, tunnel construction, above-ground or below-ground construction, and for screwing into rock or into a building, comprising a screw shaft, which comprises a frontal end and a rear end, a drill head embodied at the frontal end of the screw shaft, a self-tapping thread to fasten the anchor screw in a bore hole implemented by the drilling head, the anchor screw allows cost-effective production with little technical expense and reliable fastening. The anchor screw comprises a fastening element as a separate component complementing the screw shaft and the self-tapping thread is embodied at the fastening element.

  • Publication number: 20120301228
Abstract: A rock bolt particularly for use in mining, comprising an anchor tube, an anchor nut, an anchor plate supported on the anchor nut. The rock bolt contacts the rock to show sufficient shearing resistance and may be easily cut. The rock bolt preferably includes an anchor tube that is surrounded by a jacket tube.

  • Publication number: 20120230774
Abstract: A chemical sliding anchor, in particular for use in mining, for the firm bonding to the rock in a borehole using a fixing agent, comprises an anchor pipe, preferably an anchor nut, anchor plate preferably supported by the anchor nut, for lying on the rock, involving little technical effort by effectively using a sliding function of the sliding anchor in the case of a large change in length of the sliding anchor on absorbing dynamic loads. An elastic element, in particular a spring, is integrated in the sliding anchor and an increase in length of the sliding anchor is effected for a given sliding function with a spring deflection of the elastic element.

  • Publication number: 20120219365
Abstract: A rock bolt, particularly for use in mining, having an axial conduit, an anchor nut, and an anchor plate supported by the anchor nut for the purpose of placement on the rock, that is able to expand sufficiently and possess sufficient tensile strength, and also is able to be cut for the purpose of simplified separation of excavated pieces of the rock bolt. This problem is addressed in that the axial conduit is at least partially, and particularly entirely, made of metal and plastic, and the at least one component of the axial conduit made of metal and plastic serves to receive tensile forces.

  • Publication number: 20120155969
Abstract: An anchor module, in particular for mining and tunneling, is provided. The anchor module comprises an anchor rod made of plastic, extending along an anchor axis and having, after fabrication of the anchor rod, a connecting section with at least one generally smooth conical or circular cylindrical surface section in the area of at least one axial rod end. The anchor module also comprises at least one functional part extending along the anchor axis and having a tapping screw thread for cutting or tapping a screw thread in the area of the connecting section, such that after assembly of the functional part in the area of the connecting section, the anchor rod has a cut or tapped screw thread cooperating with the tapping screw thread of the functional part for transferring torques and/or tensile forces between the anchor rod and the functional part.

  • Publication number: 20120128444
Abstract: An anchor module, in particular for mining and tunneling, is provided. The anchor module comprises a drill bit having a drill section and a connecting section. The anchor module also comprises an anchor rod made of plastic, extending along an anchor axis and having a connecting section for fastening the drill bit in the area of the one axial rod end, such that the outside diameter of the drill bit is larger than the outside diameter of the anchor rod on the connecting section, wherein the outside diameter of the drill bit is at most about 20%, in particular embodiments at most about 10%, and/or at most about 10 millimeters larger than the outside diameter of the anchor rod on the connecting section.
