Abstract: The present embodiments may relate to topically delivered compounded medications for the treatment of scar tissue, skin disorders, and/or other ailments. In one aspect, a transdermal cream or gel may provide for the effective administration of multiple medications simultaneously. Preferably, a silicone-based gel may be provided as a base composition and may have a non-zero percentage of silicone or silicone variant. The silicone-based gel may comprise cyclopentasiloxane, polysilicone-11, dimethicone, and C30-45 alkyl cetearyl dimethicone crosspolymer, and include several active ingredients, such as glucocorticoids, antihistamines, and nerve depressants. The silicone-based gel may include a combination of fluticasone, loratadine, and gabapentin. The concentrations of fluticasone and loratadine may be relatively low, while that of gabapentin moderately high. The silicone-based gel may also have one or more local anesthetics, such as prilocaine and/or lidocaine.

The method includes the steps of introducing hydrocarbons and steam to a plurality of catalyst filled process tubes, combusting gases through a plurality of center cell down-fired burners at a burner discharge velocity of V m/s, and a mass flow rate of 1 kg/s, combusting gases through outer cell down-fired burners at a burner discharge velocity of 1.5V-2V m/s and a mass flow rate of 0.5-0.65 kg/s, and finally discharging combustion products from the outer cell down-fired burners and the center cell down-fired burners at a substantially uniform momentum.

The compounded medication in powder form may be generated from grinding up tablets of NSAIDs, anticonvulsants, nerve depressants, antidepressants, muscle relaxants, NMDA receptor antagonists, opiate or opioid agonists, and/or other agents. The compounded medication in powder form may include meloxicam, lamotrigine, topiramate, other active ingredients, and DMSO or Sterile Water for Irrigation.

The primary fuel premix assembly associates with a burner tile that consists of multiple inlets and outlets connected by venturi channels to direct and combine combustion air and staged fuel coming from staged fuel orifice spuds. Primary fuel and combustion air are mixed in a premix assembly and directed inside the furnace, and above the burner tile to complete the reaction with the staged fuel and combustion air mixture in a combustion zone inside of the furnace.

In particular, it relates to an automatic dishwashing detergent composition comprising a new protease. The automatic dishwashing detergent composition provides improved cleaning and finishing. In particular the composition of the invention provides better proteinaceous removal at the same level of other proteases available in the market. This also alternatively allows for the use of a lower level of the protease of the invention and therefore a more cost effective composition.
