Abstract: A training device including a hub, at least one elastic cord, and at least two arms. The hub including an upper side, a lower side, and a plurality of ports. The at least one elastic cord extending from the hub and is accessible via at least one of the plurality of ports. The at least two arms extending from the hub and are configured to move relative to the hub. The training device is configured to assume (i) a closed state wherein the at least two arms both extend downwardly from the lower side of the hub and (ii) an open state wherein the at least two arms extend laterally outwardly from the hub between the upper side and the lower side of the hub. The at least one elastic cord biases the at least two arms in the open state.

Abstract: An agility pole or a passing arc includes one or more receptacles adjacent to a first end of a tube. A spike assembly has one or more fittings, and a spike attached to a holder adapted to slide into the first end of the tube, in a spike-in position wherein the spike is within the tube, and in a spike-out position wherein the spike is substantially outside of the tube. The fittings engage the receptacles in the spike-in position and in the spike-out position. The agility pole or passing arc may be transported and stored in the spike-in position so that injury or damage from the spike is avoided.

Abstract: A rebounder may include a frame having tubes in the shape of an isosoles trapezoid with rounded corners. A net is attached to the frame. A rear support may be pivotally attached to a top of the frame, and support bars attachable to sides of the frame and pivotally attached to the rear support. The rear support is movable from a folded position where the rear support is near parallel to, and/or with a floor tube of the rear support in contact with the frame. The rear support is also movable to an unfolded position where the rear support holds the frame and net at an acute angle to the floor or ground.

Abstract: A golf swing training guide provides stationary markers or pads positionable in three dimensions, to assist in proper body position and golf club swing movement. The training guide has a telescopically extendible base pole pivotally attached to a base and positionable at a plurality of inclination angles relative to the base. A telescopically extendible touch pole is attachable to the base pole and may be pivoted relative to the base pole to position a pad on the touch pole into a desired position.
