  • Patent number: 11966992
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method of identifying multiple mortgage ready properties. The method includes receiving, via one or more processors, information from a customer approved for a mortgage about preferences for a real estate property and accessing, at a memory coupled to one or more processors, a memory storage location to retrieve a plurality of mortgage ready real estate properties meeting one or more of the customer preferences information. The method further includes transmitting, via the one or more processors, the plurality of real estate properties meeting one or more of the customer preferences information to the customer.

  • Patent number: 5630990
Abstract: A generator is taught which uses alternating current or pulsating direct current to produce ozone from oxygen. The generator comprises a high voltage and ground electrode separated to form a gap for accommodating a dielectric member and gas to be reacted. The generator includes many features which may be used alone or in combination to provide an energy efficient and safe apparatus.

  • Patent number: 5306970
Abstract: In a self-latching sense amplifier, a first pair of matched transistors is connected as a differential pair. A second pair of matched transistors is connected each to a respective one of the transistors of the first pair as a load transistor. A feedback circuit responsive to a differential output of the differential pair cross-couples the load transistors when the differential output is greater than a threshold value, and defeats cross-coupling of the load transistors when the differential output is less than the threshold value. The cross-coupling causes the output of the sense amplifier to latch. The sense amplifier is useful in memory circuits in which it is desired to shut down core components between memory operations to conserve power, and in other small signal detection circuits.

  • Patent number: 5222375
Abstract: A cooler for use with gaseous process fluids such as air containing a vapor has a vapor adsorption unit for passing process air through an adsorption media to dry the air, a heat exchanger to control the temperature of the heat adsorption media and process air, a vapor removal system for removing the adsorbed vapor from the adsorption media, and a humidification unit to add a vaporizable liquid to the dried process air, so as to vaporize the liquid into the dried process air. Thus, heat in the process air is utilized for the latent heat of vaporization of the liquid to reduce the temperature in such process air, while maintaining a predetermined humidity level in said air. The vaporizable liquid may be sprayed into the process fluid as a mist. Excess cooled coalesced liquid may be used in a heat exchanger to precool the process fluid before it enters the humidifier.

  • Patent number: 5209078
Abstract: An air cooler system for use in association with an air circulation system and having a process air heat exchanger for recovering heat from the process air in the system, a vacuum chamber with a vacuum chamber heat exchanger in communication with the process air heat exchanger so as to transfer heat from process air heat exchanger to the vacuum chamber heat exchanger, a water supply for supplying water to the vacuum chamber and, vacuum source to draw a predetermined degree of vacuum in the vacuum chamber so as to reduce the boiling point of water therein.

  • Patent number: 5187429
Abstract: A reference voltage generator can provide RAMs (random access memories) with a reference voltage (generally mid-way between a supply voltage and a common potential), with improved follower characteristics. When the supply voltage and/or the load condition of the RAMs are significantly altered, the reference voltage is rapidly adjusted by dynamic switching FETs, being pulled down or up. Under balanced conditions when essentially no current flows in the switching FETs, overall power consumption is low.

  • Patent number: 5148165
Abstract: A digital to analog converter comprising a differential amplifier formed of a pair of similar conductivity type field effect transistors, one transistor being connected to a load for driving the load in synchronism with a digital input signal, means for applying a reference voltage to the gate of the second transistor, and a third field effect transistor of conductivity type complementary to said one transistor, connected with its source-drain circuit in series with the source-drain circuit of the second transistor to a second reference voltage, and means for driving the gates of said one and third transistors together with said digital input signal, whereby the first and third transistors are synchronously and oppositely driven to conduct and cut off, thus ensuring substantially no current flow in the second transistor while the first transistor is conducting.
