  • Publication number: 20180104614
Abstract: A comprehensive solution is provided to transforming locations and retail spaces into high-traffic VR attractions that provide a VR experience blended with a real-world tactile experience. A modular stage and kit of stage accessories suitable for a wide variety of commercial venues contains all of the necessary equipment, infrastructure, technology and content to assemble and operate a tactile, onsite VR attraction. Utilizing a modular set of set design and physical props, the physical structure and layout of the installations are designed to be easily rearranged and adapted to new VR content, without requiring extensive construction or specialized expertise.

  • Patent number: 7465161
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for compressing concrete during the manufacture of concrete parts. Said device comprises a supporting structure, a formwork device which is maintained by the supporting structure and a vibration decoupling device which is arranged between the supporting structure and formwork device. The vibrations required to compress concrete are produced by a vibration device acting directly upon the formwork device. In order to reduce noise emission, the mass of the supporting structure is selected in such a way that the intrinsic frequency of a system consisting of the supporting structure and vibration decoupling device is lower than the excitation frequency of the vibration device. Preferably, the formwork device, vibration decoupling device, vibrators and all electrical feed lines and connections are premounted, forming a module which can then be mounted on the supporting structure.

  • Publication number: 20060159881
Abstract: A new and improved contamination-control mat assembly which has a plurality of adhesive-coated sheets disposed upon the upper surface portion of the contamination-control mat assembly, and a new and improved polystyrene frame member, having an acrylic-rubber anti-slip backing member applied thereto, disposed upon the undersurface portion of the contamination-control mat assembly, wherein the polystyrene frame member and the acrylic-rubber anti-slip backing member are integrally affixed together by means of a coextrusion process.

  • Patent number: 6318926
Abstract: A pivot bearing comprises a shaped bar having an outer circumferential surface provided with two oppositely arranged, longitudinally extending notches, and a sleeve arranged on the shaped bar and having an externally cylindrical surface and an inner circumferential surface facing the outer circumferential surface of the shaped bar and provided with two oppositely arranged longitudinally extending notches. The longitudinally extending notches of the shaped bar are in alignment with the longitudinally extending notches of the sleeve to form two pairs of notches, and cylindrical pins are arranged in the two pairs of notches.

  • Patent number: 6201482
Abstract: In a method of detecting a collision risk and preventing air collisions, it is proposed that probabilities should be calculated for the likely presence of one's own aircraft in predetermined sectors at a number of selected times (probabilities of presence) and these probabilities for one's own aircraft and those for other objects should be used to calculate the probabilities of one's own aircraft and at least one of the other objects being present simultaneously in a given sector (probabilities of collision) for the predetermined sectors and selected times.
