    Abstract: The disclosed technology teaches streamlining use of Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) 130 framework for delivery of addressable advertising, via a campaign management delegate system that carries out a method that includes receiving an ad management service placement request from a broadcast cable provider for ad insertion into a program and conducting real time bidding for ad insertion during the program. The disclosed method also includes accepting new content provided by a successful bidder, after receiving the placement request and automatically formatting the new content, and uploading the new content to the broadcast cable provider in time for playback with content that prompted the placement request. The method includes responding to the placement request with a placement response that includes a VMAP as reference to the new content. New content can also be uploaded to a CIS managed by the cable provider or provided on behalf of the provider.

The device is configured to expand at the site of the one or more fistulas and substantially seal the fistula in one or more directions. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the device is coated with and/or constructed of biocompatible material. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the device is constructed of biodegradable, dissolvable and/or bioabsorbable material.

The medicant may overlie at least a portion of the obstructing member, or the medicant may be absorbed in at least a portion of the obstructing member.     Abstract: An integrated air filter and hydrocarbon adsorbing apparatus includes an air filter comprising a filter media disposed on a screen support and an air permeable hydrocarbon adsorbing material disposed between the filter media and the screen support at the air stream outlet end of the apparatus. The hydrocarbon adsorbing material is situated to adsorb hydrocarbon emissions at the clean air side of an air stream flowing through the apparatus. The treated air stream exits through the air stream outlet, typically to an inlet of an engine air induction system. In an alternate embodiment, the integrated air filter and hydrocarbon adsorbing apparatus comprises a hydrocarbon adsorbing coating directly disposed on a portion of the air filter adjacent the air stream outlet.

    Abstract: A solar collector is provided having a substantially triangular-shaped housing defined by a base and a pair of converging side walls. The housing of the collector includes an outlet adjacent the top of the housing, an inlet, a central area and a pair of outer end areas. The problem of stagnation of air in the outer end areas is solved by providing barrier means adjacent the side walls for creating air ducts connecting the outer end areas to the outlet. The intake air is distributed along the base of the collector by an inverted T-shaped air distributor means.
