This includes running an automated auction for advertising, at five minutes or less before airtime, announcing the spot, providing the past viewership data augmented with demographic data, with bids accepted for a rate, accepting and selecting a winning bid, provisioning an ad corresponding to the winning bid rate for an operator to deliver to the zone, after selecting the bid and before the airtime. After airing the ad, included is processing collected delivery logs within ten minutes of receipt, calculating current measured viewership during the spot, calculating an extended price, and reporting to a winning bidder the extended price, within six hours of airing the ad.

The method includes responding to the placement request with a placement response that includes a VMAP as reference to the new content. New content can also be uploaded to a CIS managed by the cable provider or provided on behalf of the provider.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, a device is configured to be compressed and inserted into the distal end of an endoscope. The delivery device can be configured to deliver the delivery catheter to the site of one or more fistulas in the wall of a body cavity or lumen within a patient. The delivery catheter is configured to deliver the device to the site of the one or more fistulas. The device is configured to expand at the site of the one or more fistulas and substantially seal the fistula in one or more directions. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the device is coated with and/or constructed of biocompatible material. In some configurations, the device is configured to be implanted for an extended period of time or even permanently. In some embodiments, at least a portion of the device is constructed of biodegradable, dissolvable and/or bioabsorbable material.

The delivery catheter is configured to deliver the device to the site of the one or more fistulas. The method and system includes extracting one or more phrases associated with one or more referring URLs to the web page and determining a phrase relevance distribution including a phrase relevance probability for each of the one or more extracted phrases. The method and system further includes applying at least one phrase relevance probability in the phrase relevance distribution to social media traffic directed to the web page and generating an inferred phrase relevance probability for the social media traffic based on the application of the at least one phrase relevance probability.

Abstract: The present invention provides an intra-bronchial device and method that controls biological interaction of the device with the patient. The intra-bronchial device is adapted to be placed in an air passageway of a patient to collapse a lung portion associated with the air passageway. The device includes an obstructing member that prevents air from being inhaled into the lung portion to collapse the lung portion, and a medicant carried by the obstructing member. The medicant may overlie at least a portion of the obstructing member, or the medicant may be absorbed in at least a portion of the obstructing member. The obstructing member may further include an absorptive member, and the medicant is absorbed by the absorptive member.

Abstract: An intra-bronchial device provides a medicant intra-bronchially. The medicant may be used for controlling biological interaction of an intra-bronchial obstruction device with the patient, to treat a disease or condition of the lungs such as pneumonia or lung cancer, or to treat a systemic disease or condition. The medicant is provided by associating a medicant with the intra-bronchial device, either before, at the time of placement, or after placement. The medicant may overlie at least a portion of the intra-bronchial device, be absorbed into at least a portion of the intra-bronchial device, or be carried in a chamber. The intra-bronchial device may further include an absorptive member, and the medicant is absorbed by the absorptive member.

The control member may include a flexible membrane impervious to air flow, or a separator arranged to inhibit the movement of the therapeutic agent. The control member may include at least one anchor, and the anchor may be releasable from the air passageway for removal of the intra-bronchial device.

Abstract: An integrated air filter and hydrocarbon adsorbing apparatus includes an air filter comprising a filter media disposed on a screen support and an air permeable hydrocarbon adsorbing material disposed between the filter media and the screen support at the air stream outlet end of the apparatus. The hydrocarbon adsorbing material is situated to adsorb hydrocarbon emissions at the clean air side of an air stream flowing through the apparatus. The treated air stream exits through the air stream outlet, typically to an inlet of an engine air induction system. In an alternate embodiment, the integrated air filter and hydrocarbon adsorbing apparatus comprises a hydrocarbon adsorbing coating directly disposed on a portion of the air filter adjacent the air stream outlet.

The catalytic converter structure includes a cylindrical catalyst substrate; a first cylindrical tube covering a first end of the substrate; a second cylindrical tube covering a second end of the substrate; a support mat surrounding a central portion of the substrate and portions of the first and second cylindrical tubes; and a cylindrical housing within which the substrate, first and second cylindrical tubes and the support mat are located. The structure requires few components, is easy to tool and easy to adapt to different engine implementations.

Abstract: A solar collector is provided having a substantially triangular-shaped housing defined by a base and a pair of converging side walls. The housing of the collector includes an outlet adjacent the top of the housing, an inlet, a central area and a pair of outer end areas. The problem of stagnation of air in the outer end areas is solved by providing barrier means adjacent the side walls for creating air ducts connecting the outer end areas to the outlet. The intake air is distributed along the base of the collector by an inverted T-shaped air distributor means.
