Abstract: The present inventive method and apparatus facilitates consumer transactions whereby a website system facilitates consumer product and service purchasing via a global communication network to a vendor or group of “employer” computers in response to the receipt of a job listing request from a consumer computer via the network. Thereafter the website system receives resumes and virtual interviews to record from a host of “job seekers” indicative of an interest to complete a transaction or obtain employment. The website system then sends to the “employer” computer email notification with an access link embedded for the “employer” to view a recorded virtual interview and copied resume. Additionally whence the “employer” views the “job seeker” virtual interview and resume, the “employer” may utilize the server system in the same manner to suggest and construct a follow-up interview with a “job seeker.” This process may continue in a cyclical manner until ended by either the consumer or said inventor.
