Publication number: 20210080493Abstract: A method of designing a filter to meet a set of specifications. The set of specifications is received, and a filter design is established. Analysis of the filter design is performed by: determining a part admittance matrix; determining a circuit admittance matrix based on the part admittance matrices; reducing interior nodes of the circuit admittance matrix; reducing algebraic nodes to transform the circuit admittance matrix into a Green's Function; evaluating the Green's Function to determine a circuit exterior node admittance matrix; and transforming the circuit exterior node admittance matrix to a circuit scattering matrix. The circuit scattering matrix is compared to the set of specifications to determine whether the filter design is satisfactory. When a determination is made that the design is not satisfactory, the filter design is modified and the process is repeated. When a determination is made that the design is satisfactory, a filter design description is output.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 30, 2020Publication date: March 18, 2021Applicant: Resonant, Inc.Inventor: Richard Silver

Patent number: 7772710Abstract: A zero-order overlay target comprises a first zero-order line array fabricated on a first layer of a semiconductor structure, the first zero-order line array having a first pitch, and a second zero-order line array fabricated on a second layer of the semiconductor structure, the second zero-order line array having a second pitch. The second pitch may be different from the first pitch, and a portion of the second zero-order line array may be positioned to become optically coupled to a portion of the first zero-order line array when subject to an overlay measurement. Further, the second pitch may be variable. For example, the variable pitch may comprise a first set of features having a pitch approximately equal to the first pitch, a second set of features having a pitch different from the first pitch, and a third set of features having a pitch approximately equal to the first pitch.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2007Date of Patent: August 10, 2010Assignees: Sematech, Inc., National Institute of Standards and TechnologyInventors: Richard Silver, Pete Lipscomb, Bryan Barnes, Ravikirran Attota

Publication number: 20050255211Abstract: A soy protein-containing dry cheese sauce mix containing significant levels of soy protein is provided. The dry cheese sauce mix is prepared by mixing soy flour with dried cheese and cheese flavoring. When used, the dry sauce mix is hydrated to form a cheese sauce suitable for use with starch-based products (e.g., pasta, rice, and the like). The soy protein-containing dry sauce mix of this invention generally contains about 10 to about 75 percent soy flour, about 25 to about 90 percent cheese powder, and about 1 to about 5 percent cheese flavoring. Preferably, the soy protein-containing dry sauce mix contains about 25 to about 50 percent soy flour, about 25 to about 50 percent cheese powder, and about 1 to about 5 percent cheese flavoring. The present invention allows the use of significant levels of soy protein to be included in a sauce for a starch-based product (e.g.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 19, 2005Publication date: November 17, 2005Inventors: Donald Carpenter, Wen-Sherng Chen, Alex Gonsalves, Gerard Hasenhuettl, Richard Silver
