  • Patent number: 10831745
Abstract: A system includes one or more processing modules and one or more non-transitory storage modules storing computing instructions configured to run on the one or more processing modules and perform acts of: receiving, from a user computer, a destructive read request including header information indicating that a record stored in a persistent database is to be deleted after the record is successfully read from the persistent database; in response to receiving the destructive read request, retrieving the record, which was identified by the destructive read request, from the persistent database; after retrieving the record, receiving a success signal that confirms that the record was successfully read from the persistent database; and in response to receiving the success signal, automatically deleting the record, which was identified by the destructive read request, from the persistent database without receiving another instruction to delete the record. Other embodiments are disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 10671695
Abstract: A system is provided that is adapted to service web-based database service requests. In one implementation, a database service is provided for servicing web-originated service requests. In one implementation, virtual computer systems may be used to service requests in a more reliable manner Different operating modes may be configured for backup redundancy and the database service may be scaled to meet service requests for a particular application. Also, methods are provided for exchanging timestamp information among web service transaction systems to reduce the amount of processing capability and bandwidth for ensuring database consistency. Further, a NoSQL Key/Value (KVS) database is provided that provides one or more features that may be beneficial for cloud service, Internet-based, and other types of database applications.

  • Publication number: 20180359211
Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine readable medium are provided for communicating between disparate applications. Exemplary embodiments create an email provisioning service and an SMS message provisioning service based on provisioning data received from a user device to provision communications to multiple disparate applications. An indication to initiate the communication service is received from the user device. One or both of the email provisioning service or the SMS provisioning service is selected and executed to send an email message or an SMS message to the multiple disparate applications. Exemplary embodiments include transmitting an alert to the user device indicating failure or success of the execution of the provisioning services, and tracking a number of times the indication is received from the user device to initiate user of the communication service.
