  • Patent number: 9821861
Abstract: In a vehicle, a first recess portion extending in a vehicle widthwise direction is located in a boundary portion between a hood portion and a front bumper portion. A second recess portion is located in each of headlight portions. A third recess portion extending in the front-rear direction is located in each of front fender portions. The upper edges of the first, second, and third recess portions define a ridge line which projects toward the outside of the vehicle body and extends from the center in the vehicle widthwise direction to the vehicle body rear side beyond the lower end of a pillar portion through position lamp portions. The ridge line is defined by a first overhang portion of the hood portion, a lamp cover of each of the position lamp portions, and a bulge portion of each of the front fender portions.

  • Patent number: 9823586
Abstract: A product structure (407, 330?) is formed with defects (360-366). A spot (S) of EUV radiation which is at least partially coherent is provided on the product structure (604) to capture at least one diffraction pattern (606) formed by the radiation after scattering by the product structure. Reference data (612) describes a nominal product structure. At least one synthetic image (616) of the product structure is calculated from the captured image data. Data from the synthetic image is compared with the reference data to identify defects (660-666) in the product structure. In one embodiment, a plurality of diffraction patterns are obtained using a series overlapping spots (S(1)-S(N)), and the synthetic image is calculated using the diffraction patterns and knowledge of the relative displacement. The EUV radiation may have wavelengths in the range 5 to 50 nm, close to dimensions of the structures of interest.

  • Patent number: 9824769
Abstract: A fuse-programmable register or memory location having a plurality of fusible links of differing electrical characteristics in parallel. In one embodiment, three fusible links with different resistances are provided, such that application of a programming voltage non-uniformly distributes the current among the links, allowing varying voltages to selectively blow one or more of the links. Sensing of the programmed state is performed by applying a voltage across the parallel links and measuring the current in comparison with a plurality of reference currents. Reduction in the overhead chip area per bit and in the serial data communication latency are obtained.
