  • Publication number: 20170020793
Abstract: The present invention relates to personal wash compositions, in particular shampoo compositions comprising beneficial oils. It has been a long felt need to solubilise beneficial oils such as mineral oil in wormlike micelles in surfactant systems. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a personal wash composition comprising functional levels of beneficial oil such as mineral oil. It has been found that mineral oil can be solubilised in wormlike micelles in a surfactant system with specific hydrophilic or lipophilic linker molecules.

  • Publication number: 20170026794
Abstract: A beacon uses a plurality of co-located, unidirectional antennas each to transmit angular and/or ranging reference signals from substantially the same point. In some embodiments, two such antennas transmit the reference signals in substantially opposite directions, and in some embodiments four such antennas transmit in directions that are substantially at right angles to each other. In some embodiments, the transmitted signals overlap so they can be received at a single receiver. Some implementations include a receiver that interprets the reference signals from two or more of the co-located antennas to determine the direction of the receiver is in relative to the beacon or the location of the receiver relative to the beacon. Another implementation uses an omnidirectional antenna to provide ranging information and a rotating, unidirectional antenna to provide directional information. In some of these implementations, the antennas are co-located, while in others, they are separated in space.

  • Publication number: 20170022677
Abstract: A snow plow system for an automobile features a frame connectable to a hitch receiver, a blade movable by an electrically powered actuator between a lowered snow-clearing position a raised transport position, a power unit placed within a trunk space of the automobile, a power connection line between the power unit and the actuator, and a wireless remote operable from a passenger cabin of the automobile. The power connection line traverses through a gasket sealed space between the trunk lid and trunk walls, thereby powering the device without any modification to the automobile. A flexible member connected between the actuator and the blade is operable to raise and lower the blade in a controlled manner under operation of the actuator, while allowing the blade to momentarily trip over ground level obstructions during use. A biasing mechanism forces the blade back into the snow-clearing position once the obstruction is cleared.
